He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Donald Minshew, Sr. and Nell Pauline Jones Minshew; his siblings, Sharon Robertson, Susie Foster and Dayton Minshew of Jerome Minshew, L. C; his grandson Brian Monroe Steele; and his son-in-law Dale Steele.
He is survived by: his wife Pearlie Minshew; his children, Jimmie Minshew, Jr. (Janice) of Amory, Jeff Minshew (Amanda) of Picayune, Mississippi, Terri Steele of Kosciusko and Courtney Tubby (Brad) of West, Mississippi; and his siblings, Allen Minshew, Jr. of Leake County, Craig Minshew of Leake County, Bobby Minshew of Nebraska, Cecil Tittle of Monroe, Louisiana and Brenda Carpenter of Leake County. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
