It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Summerhill (Kosciusko, Mississippi), who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Jerry farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jerry is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his mother Nannie Bell Summerhill; and his brother Brad Summerhill. He is survived by: his sister Brenda Teasley; his caregiver Nik Gil; and his nephews, Mike Summerhill and Jeff Smith.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Culpepper Funeral Home (11748 MS-35, Kosciusko, MS 39090). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel (11748 MS-35, Kosciusko, MS 39090).
