He was predeceased by: his parents, Finis Rye and Minni Mae Castilow Watridge; his stepmother Louise Smith Watridge; his siblings, Finis Watridge, Jr. and Kay Hale; and his son-in-law Russell Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Smith Watridge; his children, Jere "Bubba" Watridge Jr. (Tiffany), Connie Pounders (Roger), Noritta Wright (TJ) and Anita Cook (Tommy); and his brother Ron Head. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
