He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Chapman and Dean Hubbert Chapman. He is survived by: his pet Jessie; his children, Jeffrey C. Chapman (Emily) of Lansdowne, Virginia and Elizabeth Chapman Coleman (Kem) of Amory, MS.; and his sister Dianne Chapman Powell of Jackson, MS. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
