He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Jacob and Fay Black Pender; and his brother Arthur Joseph Pender. He is survived by: his wife Frances Pender; his children, Jerry Pender (Laura), Leigh Tomich (Mike) and Robin Cain (Joey); and his sisters, Jane Craft, Jennie Hoover, Betty Harper, Bonnie Johnson and Janice Shields (Randy). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
