He was predeceased by: his mothers, E. P. Windham and Christine Lovorn Windham; his wife Beryl Ann Nowell Windham; his brothers, Donald Wayne Windham and Glen Dean Windham; and his brothers-in-law, Jan Davis Nowell and Thomas Allen Frazier.
He is survived by: his son Steven Eugene Windham (Veronica) of Kosciusko; his grandsons, Steven Cole Windham of Jackson and Conner Davis Windham (Jessica) of Brandon; his sister Linda Windham Buskirk (Johnny) of Kosciusko; and his friend Marie Griffin of Kosciusko.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Culpepper Funeral Home (11748 MS-35, Kosciusko, MS 39090). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel (11748 MS-35, Kosciusko, MS 39090). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Parkway Cemetery (823 S Huntington St, Kosciusko, MS 39090).
