He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Tipton and Amanda Tipton; and his brothers, Tom Tipton Jr. and Bily Joe Tipton. He is survived by: his wife Anna Tipton; and his children, Bill Tipton (Frances), Dave Tipton (Juanita), Donna Huskey (Mark) and Janie Franklin (Jeff). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
