He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Sanders Dalton; his parents, George Dalton and Louise Hutchison Dalton; and his siblings, Ralph Dalton, June Johnson and Joyce Dalton.
He is survived by: his sons, Lance Dalton (Candace) and Lynn Dalton (Ginger); his grandsons, Davis Dalton (Mary Kate) and Lance Dalton; and his great grandchild Mark Andrew Dalton.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to McAdams United Methodist Church or St Luke Methodist Church in Cleveland MS.
