He was predeceased by: his parents, Garvin Russell Otts and Mertis Kelly Otts; and his brothers, Edwin Otts and Harold Otts. He is survived by: his wife Judy Otts of Kosciusko; and his children, Rusty Otts of Starkville, MS, Jimmy Otts of Madison, MS, Pam Reynolds (Al) of Waynesboro, VA, Christie Settlemir (Chuck) of Kosciusko, MS, Michelle Myers (Jason) of Kosciusko, MS and Julie Wenger of Kosciusko. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
