He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arp and Edna Arp; his son John Arp; his sister Betty Armstrong; and his sister-in-law Shirley Arp.
He is survived by: his wife Dolly Arp; his children, James Arp (Sandra) and Jessica Palmer (Jerry); his grandchildren, Timothy Arp, Jason Tipton (Elizabeth), Ashley Tipton, Fernando, Katrina Gonzales, Joseph and Anna Palmer; his great grandchild Ivy Tipton; and his brother Carl Arp (Debbie).
