With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bettie Prewitt Burchfield (Kosciusko, Mississippi), who passed away on December 9, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Prewitt and Mozelle Worrell Prewitt. She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Burchfield; her daughters, Libby Hewitt (Charlie), Amy Owen (Martin), Jane Bates (Curtis) and Sally Doty (Pat Nelson); and her grandchildren, Casey Knauf, Emily Anderson, Evan Owen, Austin Owen, Josh Battles, Ellen Gratwick, Sarah Doty, Ben Doty and Lauren Naddy.
