She is survived by: her husband Sidney Abels; her daughters, Selena Walker (Mark) and Vickie Ezelle (Mike); her sister Ann Golson; and her grandchildren, Drew Walker (Labriska), Wes Walker (Jessica), Michael Ezelle (Carley) and Marianna Britt (Matt). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
