It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Rufus Louge of Kokomo, Mississippi, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Louge and Annie "Bessie" Louge; his siblings, Clyde Sherman Louge, Johnny Louge, Willie D. Louge, Ray Louge, Lillie May Louge and Bessie May; his daughter Waffle Denise Louge; his uncle Ollie Louge; and his nephew Clarence Louge.
He is survived by: his sons, Quitman Louge (Cassandra) of Kokomo and Brian Louge (Tandy) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Brittany Louge, Kyle Louge, Tyler Phelps, Alex Louge, Javana Hunt, Makayla Hunt, Kole Louge, Cloie Louge, Trent Duplantis, Dylan Armstrong, Landon Blansett and Earl; his pet Holmes; and his great grandchild Braxton Morgan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
