He was predeceased by: his wife Myra Virginia Bracey Darington; his son Richard Darington; his parents, Roy Darington and Iona Shaver Darington; and his siblings, Roy Darington, Lawrence Darington, Jack Darington, Joe Darington, Douglas Darington and Dorothy Darington.
He is survived by: his son Randy Darington of Webster, TX. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hathorn Funeral Home (167 Old Hwy 98 E, Columbia, MS 39429). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
