He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen II and Charles G. Clifford, II; his sister Barbara; his brother-in-law James Ott; his brother Bruce; and his sister-in-law Margaret Clifford.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Bracey Clifford; his children, Bridget Greer, Haley Danielle Sibley (Alex) and Charles G. "Chad" Clifford, IV; and his grandson Colson Sibley. He is also survived by his family and was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (323 2nd St, Columbia, MS 39429). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
