It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Vincent of Kokomo, Mississippi, who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Mays and Leoto Hendricks Mays. She is also survived by three children and four grandchildren.
