He was predeceased by: his parents, Hildon Perkins and Ittia Perkins (Ladner); his siblings, Annie Faye Galjour, Hayward and Roger Perkins; and his daughter-in-law Shantel Perkins.

He is survived by: his wife Rita Malley; and his children, Velvie Cuevas (Reggie) of Kiln, Valisa Cooley (Larry) of Kiln, Marty Perkins of Kiln, Sally Smith (Lyle) of Kiln, Dena Perkins of Gulfport and Kaylene Hodges (David) of Gulfport. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
