He was predeceased by: his spouse Bonnie Brecht; his parents, Charles Cady and Ella Mae Cady; his siblings, Royal Cady, Bill Cady, Leo Cady, Cliff Cady, Luella Rasmussen, Leona Shockman and Millie Wells; and his son-in-law Glenn Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Nelda Cady (Jeff), Cheryl Meyer (Dean), Lauri Brown and Brenda Fertitta (Larry); his sisters, Charlotte Lundholm (Johnny) and Rose Etta Andrews; and his grandsons, Joseph Springer, Micheal Cady, Justin Springer (Jamie), Matthew Cady and Adam Brown. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
