He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Necaise; his parents, Herbert Necaise and Emma Necaise; and his siblings, Donald Necaise, Liston Necaise, Bobbie Ladner and Thelma Shiyou.
He is survived by: his children, Russell Necaise, Brian Necaise and Judson Necaise (Jessica); his grandchildren, Brandon Necaise, Braxton Necaise, Brently Necaise, Emily Necaise, Baron Necaise and Emma Necaise; and his sister Margaret Cuevas.
