He is survived by: his wife Robin Bourgeois; his children, Dawnielle Bourgeois Morris, Matthew Bourgeois Drew and Christion Gallardo; his siblings, Terry Bellais, Karri Asher, Donna Bohon, Henry Schmidt Jr., Terry Schmidt, Joseph Schmidt Sr. and Michael Schmidt; and his mother-in-law Shirley Elder. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many cousins in Mississippi and Texas, other relatives and friends.
