She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Ross and Mattie Melvina Thompson Corley; and her husband Cleveland Carl "Bubba" Dowdy. She is survived by: her children, Darlene Pearson (Kevin) of Madison, Melissa Allen (James) of Forestburg, TX and Daniel Dowdy (Kim) of Winona; and her sister-in-law JoAnn Donahoo. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
