He is survived by: his wife Mary Parker; his children, Cecil Parker (Jennifer) and Eunice Pippins (George); his adoptive son Thomas Vincent; his brother Mac Parker (Rose); and his nephew Jordan Parker. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
