He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Fay Clark; his stepfather Jack Clark; his grandparents, Mack Kyzar and Maggie Kyzar; his aunt Olean Lacoste; his uncles, Jimmy Dale Kyzar and Larce Kyzar; and his cousin Roger Dale Dunaway.
He is survived by: his aunts, Cecile Smith, Wanza Smith, Yvonne Davis and Maxine Russell. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
