He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Garrett Powell; his children, Slade Powell (Barbie) and Krisha Felder (Al); his siblings, Charlie Powell (Wanda), Wayne Powell (Genie), Pat Gummoe (Will), Marsha Everett (Al), Donna Small (Mike) and Renee Pepper (Tim); and his grandchildren, Alden, Emma and Troy. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
