She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Joseph and Louie Ada Middleton Carter; and her brother Harry D. Carter. She is survived by: her husband Surachai Harnsongkram (Sam); her children, Lance Harnsongkram (Christy), Jonathan Harnsongkram (Erin Kruppner), Holly Harnsongkram and Susanna Harrel (Jason); and her grandchildren, Keith Mueller, Annalise Harnsongkram, Lauren Harnsongkram and Tristan Harnsongkram.
