He is survived by: his wife Betty Ruth Day Harvey; his daughters, Ruth Stringer (J. C.) and Vicki Mulligan (Shannon); his brothers, Jerry Harvey (Mary) and Richard Harvey (Peggy); and his grandchildren, Adam Bacot, Alexander Mulligan, Decklin Mulligan, Aidan Mulligan and Gabriella Mulligan. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
