Lavern McKinney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lavern McKinney of Jayess, Mississippi, who passed away on March 23, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Barnett and Lois Alexander Barnett; her husband Delton McKinney; her son Billy Wayne Smith; her sisters, Nellie Ruth Brister and Ladean Neal; and her great grandchild Chance Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Marlin Wallace (Margrit) of Madison, MS, Dyann Harmount (John) of Raymond, MS, Alois Wolverton (Rodney) of Raymond, MS, Wanez Ballard of Jayess and Deloris Adams of Shuqualak, MS; and her daughter-in-law Angela Smith of Jayess. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
