With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas C. Dunaway of Jayess, Mississippi, born in McComb, Mississippi, who passed away on July 1, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roney Dunaway and Wilma Alexander Dunaway; his siblings, Shelby Dunaway, Leroy Dunaway, Audrey Cothern and Kay Leake; and his son Robbie Dunaway.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Cothern Dunaway of Jayess, MS; his children, Joey Dunaway of Jayess, MS, Tommy Dunaway of Brookhaven, MS and Misty Woodard (Greg); and his sisters, Judy Freeman (Solon) and Nancy Johnson of Jayess, MS. He is also survived by eight grandkids, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
