We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2025, at the age of 74, Donald J. Davis of Jayess, Mississippi, born in Lawrence, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Donald leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Davis and Flora A. McNeese Davis; and his brothers, George T. Davis and Floyd G. Davis. He is survived by: his nephews, Tommy Davis and Johnny Davis; and his niece Angela Cothern. He is also survived by 4 great nieces; 1 great nephew; 3 great-great nieces, and 3 great-great nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tilton United Methodist Church Cemetery.
