She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Ables and Thelma Ables of Coxbury, Mississippi.; her sisters, Loraine Ables Holley of Flora and Joyce Ables Bishop of Raymond, Mississippi; and her husbands, Daniel B. Thompson of Knoxville and David E. Wilson of Lawrence County, Mississippi..

She is survived by: her children, Viktor Thompson (Tammy) of Brookhaven, Tyler Thompson (Emily), Kori Thompson Smith (Sawyer), Tobie Thompson Totsch and Gene Totsch of Waynesboro, Tennessee; and her great grandchildren, Maddie Claire, Macy Thompson, Merritt Thompson, Hannah Smith and John Daniel Smith.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Pleasant Grove Cemetery fund.
