He was predeceased by: his daughter Leslie Ann Dunaway; and his brothers, Jimmie Carol Dunaway and Timmie Dunaway. He is survived by: his wife Mary Marie Summers Dunaway; his son James Bradley "Brad" Dunaway; his brothers, Charles Everett Dunaway and Phillip Wayne Dunaway (Shirley); and his granddaughters, Dizmaee Dunaway and Layla Dunaway. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
