He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney McEwen and Winnie McEwen of Jayess; his sister Glenda; his brother-in-law Gary Wilson; his son Alvin McEwen; his grandson Carson Tullos; his brothers-in-law, J. P. Boyd, Winston Wicker and Don Barlow; and his parents-in-law, Emily and Hilery Wicker.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Wicker McEwen; his siblings, Mary Barlow, Bobbie Myers, Sue Langston (Nolan), Harold McEwen (Beverly) and Pete McEwen (Nanette); his children, Calvin McEwen (Lynn) of Jayess, MS, Darren McEwen (Cindy) of Summit, MS, Janet Lemonis of Nashville, TN, Machele Malnar of McComb, MS and Salina Tullos (Dwayne) of Spanish Fort, AL; his grandchildren, Rochelle Boyd, Evan McEwen (Mikaylah), Jason McEwen (Sarah), Jana McEwen (Blaise Brackett), Nikki Fosnes (Tyler), Tony Lemonis (Rachel), Kara Lemonis, Brittney Martin (Michael), Brenna Nunnery, Donovan Casey, Carina Russell (Will), Jessie Davis (Grant), Camryn Tullos and Aubrey Tullos; his great grandchildren, Talen Boyd, Rustyn Boyd, Kayleigh McEwen, Abraham "Abe" Fosnes, Jameson Martin, Madelyn Russell, Owen Russell, Kazley Davis and Kyzar Davis; and his sisters-in-law, Faye Morgan (Donald), Linda Carroll, Mary Causey (Gene) and Peggy Wicker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
