He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Smith and Benjamin Bailey; and his brothers, Joseph and Frank Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Yong Ja Bailey (Song); his children, Catherine Miloni (Anthony) of Honolulu, HI, Agnes White (Wes) of Summerville, SC, James Bailey of Diamondhead, MS and Levi Bailey of Hilo, HI; his sister Rose Cales of Augusta, GA.; his grandchildren, Hannah Culberson (Devin), Kimberly, Brittney Scott, Lee Bailey, Karissa Bailey, Hunter Bailey and Vanessa Culberson; and his nephews, Ronnie Cales, Frank and Lewis Bailey. He is also survived by several extended family and friends.
