She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charlie Scarborough and Cora Patton Scarborough; her sister Rufine Flynt; her husband James "Bill" Farner; and her children, Leonard "Mac" Farner (Karen), Frank Farner (Serena), Patricia "Denise" Wright, Chris Farner and Anna McCaughan. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
