He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvis Clyde Turman and Louise Adeline Turman; and his siblings, Stewart Turman and Betty Ruth Turman. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Angie Beckman (Jerome), Tracy Turman of Birmingham Al and David Turman (Tracey) of Coker; his grandchildren, Justin Beckman, Conner Webster, Brianna Jackson, Taylor Haydu, Blake Turman, Brittany Buckles and Brandon Malone; his sister Barbara Moffett; and the mother of his children Jane Pullen. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fellowship Baptist Church (545 Frye Rd, Starkville, MS 39759). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
