She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Stokes and Ethel Dukes Stokes; her husband James Roy Posey; her son Perry Glenn Posey; and her brother David Stokes.
She is survived by: her children, Joy Posey (Tammy) of Byram, Phil Posey (Terri) of Ridgeland, Michael A. Posey (Sharon) of Jackson and Randy Posey (Kay) of Flowood; her sister Jonnie Dale Riddle (Gary) of Meridian; her sisters-in-law, Wanda Sullivan (Warren), Lynda Song and Phyllis Posey; her grandchildren, Dusty Posey (Katie), Dylan Posey (Sara), Christopher Posey (Ashley), Anna Posey Taylor (Carey), Austin Posey and Josh Posey; and her great grandchildren, Shepard Posey, Cayden Posey, Cambree Jewel Posey, Reese, Savannah Posey and Dawson James Posey. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
