She is survived by: her brother Lee V. Thompson Jr.; her son Jim McAllister; her daughter-in-law Carolyn; her grandchildren, Crystal Powell (Brent), Thompson McAllister, Carla Barr and Roy McAllister IV (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Brandon Barr, Alyssa McAllister, Quinn McAllister and Olivia Powell; her close friends, Tina Stanley and Edna Manley; her parents, Lee V. Thompson Sr. and Lucille B. Thompson; her husband Roy J. McAllister; her son Roy J. McAllister III; her sisters, Eloise Thompson and Allie Ruth Dudley; and her grandson Brent Powell.

The family asks in lieu of flowers to make donations to First Baptist Church Meridian, MS.
