He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Green and Delia Ledbetter Green of Jumpertown; and his siblings, Ruby Smart, Frances Moore, Gladys Brown, Myrtle Blassingame, Mae Dean Lambert, Harvey Green, Wallis "Hoss" Green and Bobby Green.

He is survived by: his children, Tommy Green of Tupelo, Rose Anne Parker (Eddie) of Collierville, TN, Emily Pollard (Charles) of Booneville, Mary Dalton Parker, Caroline Parker, Anne Thomas Green and Harper Pollard; and his spouse Frances Oakley Green. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
