He is survived by: his father Welch; his daughters, Kimberly Jacquelyn Walker of Brandon, MS, Angela Browning Montgomery of Fairhope, AL and Cherly Browning McInnis of Oxford, MS; his spouse Laurie Spell Browning; his son William Fleming Browning IV; his son-in-law William Joseph Montgomery, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Vivianne Browning, Jacquelyn Walker Wheeler (Collin), Guyton Walker, Alden, Brennan and Taylor McInnis.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Trinity Presbyterian Church or the charity of your choice.
