Starnes of Pearl, Mississippi, Rusti Lynn Jobe (Robert) of Brandon, Mississippi and Amanda Michelle Sullivan (Zeke) of Fort Riley, Kansas; his siblings, James Randall Starnes of Bean Station, Tennessee and Robin Starnes Lovell of Lexington, Tennessee; and his stepsisters, Paula Starnes of Florence, Mississippi and Tara Wilburn-Gray of Bean Station, Tennessee. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
