He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Campbell Calhoun and W. A.; and his sister Donna Kay Agnew. He is survived by: his wife Serena; his son Bret (Christy); his grandchildren, Caroline, Emily and Harrison; and his nieces and nephews, James Dickerson (Robin), Bo Agnew (Robin), Wendy Agnew Hutchins, Melanie Lilly Lloyd (Kevin) and Mary Margaret Temple (Steve).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home - Clinton (106 Cynthia St, Clinton, MS 39056). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Morrison Heights Baptist Church in Clinton.
