He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Jackson Williams and Mattie Louise Williams; his brother James Frederick Williams; and his grandson Samuel Patrick Michaels. He is survived by: his wife Kristen Dear; his daughter Catherine "Gretta" Williams Michaels (Patrick); his grandchildren, Eleanor Louise Michaels, Jameson Alan Michaels and Catherine Leigh Michaels; and his siblings, Richard Jackson Williams, Jr. (Donna) and Dorothy Lee Bolten (Joe).
A reception was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Philip Catholic Church (113 2nd Ave S, Franklin, TN 37064).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
