She is survived by: her children, Lee Gilliland (Sheila), Christy Gilliland Dunaway and Leslie Walton (Chad); her grandson Pat Lee Gilliland; her great grandchildren, Logan and Iliza Gilliland; and her sisters, Mary Lane Stiglets (Jimmy) and Vicki Lynn Ott (Shaw). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either St. Philip's Episcopal Church or the John McGowan Sailing Center at the Jackson Yacht Club.
