With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gail Johnson Furr of Jackson, Mississippi, born in Miami, Florida, who passed away on September 29, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Johnson, Sr. and Dora Jones Johnson of Madison; her son Carl Ray Furr, Jr. of Jackson; her siblings, Dan Johnson, Watts Johnson (Jane) and Peggy Dean (Tony); her nephews, Johnny Dean, Nicholas Marble and Tony Johnson; and her brother-in-law Charles Marble.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Ray Furr, Sr. of Jackson; and her siblings, Gloria Marble, Mary Cowen (Gerald), Billie Sheppard (Ken) and Bob Johnson, Jr. (Marci). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
