With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eddie Harrington of Jackson, Mississippi, born in Hazlehurst, Mississippi, who passed away on July 23, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis E. Harrington, Sr. and Greanville Harrington (Pounds). He is survived by: his wife Jean Benton Harrington; his sister Nancy Schear (Rob); his children, Lisa Arrasmith of Vancouver, Washington and Patrick Harrington (Natalie) of Millbrook, Alabama; his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Baylee and Kaleb; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Claire and Asher; and his pets, Arlo and Rutro.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eddie's name to Christ United Jackson or Christ United's Ministerial Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament.
