He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Blevins Vicente; his daughter Dr. Linda V. Graham; and his parents, Dr. Carlos C. Vicente and Rafaela S. Arvisu. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Waddell Vicente of Biloxi; his daughters, Donna K. Graham of Georgia, Dr. Brenda Moye (Gary) of Tennessee, Angela Alley (Tim) of Biloxi and Lisa Maultsby (Steve) of Vancleave; his siblings, Susan V. Lagazo and Dr. Bernardino Vicente; and his nephew John Ramos. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 24 great‐grandchildren; 4 great‐great grandchildren; and additional family members.
