He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Farmer and Annie Bell Farmer; his significant other Possie Jones; his wife Possie Farmer; his daughter Erica Wilson; his granddaughter Nevaeh Farmer; and his brothers, Linnie Farmer, Ivory Farmer and Thomas Farmer.
He is survived by: his daughter Veronica Farmer Galloway (Jermaine); his caregiver Timothy Burns; his grandchildren, Journee Nevaeh Galloway, Aurelia Ashante Wilson and Fredrick Wilson; his great grandchild Zilon Wilson; his siblings, Lillie Worley, Helen Priester, Annie Leggett, Mattie Ross (Emmanuel), James Pope (Sarah), Willie Farmer (Rose) and Harvey Farmer (Arnell); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Williams and Roberta Corley.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Willis and Sons Funeral Home (5235 Robinson Rd, Jackson, MS 39204). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
