With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Chris Louis Meyer (Jackson, Mississippi), born in England, Arkansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Chris Louis left this world on September 25, 2024 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. George Meyer and Euna Meyer; and also Euna Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Leola Meyer; his sister Gwen Dunkum (Bill); his daughters, Melissa Butler (Ben), Emily Ingram (Chris) and Heather Dickerson (Michael); and his grandchildren, Louis, Natalie, Emery, Nate, Mary Gwen and Georgia Grace. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and numerous loving friends and extended relatives.

Donations may be made in his memory to Alta Woods United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 109 Alta Woods Blvd., Jackson, MS 39204.
