He is survived by: his wife Amy Boswell; his son Blake Slayton Boswell; his daughter-in-law Kaylee Brooke Boswell; his daughters, Emilee Claire Boswell and Lauren Elizabeth Boswell; his sisters, Tanya Deaton and Suzanne Coulson; his cousins, Lynda Sholar, Valarie Hampton and Vanessa Abler; and his daughter Reagan Mathis.
