He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Charles; his former wife Trixie Allen Locker; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Locker; and his siblings, Geraldine Pirtle, Billy Wayne, Donald Ray, James Terry and Lee W. Locker.
He is survived by: his parent Lucy Davis Locker; his wife Judy Locker of Iuka, MS; his sons, Sandra Locker of Cherokee, AL, Rita Locker of Cherokee, AL and Mike Locker of Cherokee, AL; his stepson Travis Foster of Iuka, MS; his siblings, Helen Sandlin of Fayetteville, TN, Rita Fay Bryant of New Market, AL, Jennie Marie Thompson of Paint Rock, AL, Joann Jett of Texas, Zela B. McBay of Fayetteville, TN and Harold Locker of Fayetteville, TN; his grandchildren, Adam, Amanda, Alicia, Angela, Joey, Charlie and David; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Kinsley, Brylin, Kaden, Jayce, Jaden, Aden, Cooper, Addison and Gracelynn.
